  • Gastrointestinal complications such as an upset stomach, abdominal pain, and diarrhea may be experienced.  
  • Many individuals will find that their heart beats rapidly. 
  • There are some sufferers that may experience severe fatigue while others may discover that they are restless and experience sleep complications such as insomnia.

Psychological Symptoms

When it comes to anxiety attack symptoms, there are many psychological symptoms that are experienced. The most common symptoms include feeling a high degree of worry. Many experience fear as well. The following indicates the emotional and psychological effects of an anxiety attack: 

  • Many will find that they experience a high degree of dread for one reason or another.  
  • It is extremely common for an individual suffering from an anxiety attack to experience complications with their level of concentration.
